Lifesavers Wild Horse Rescue

Horses Ready For Adopton

Please read our Adoption Policy. Adopters must be of legal age and reside in the state of California. Adopters must agree to never sell adopted horse. Adopted horse must return to Lifesavers if adopter can no longer care for adopted horse.

DUE TO THE RISING COST OF HORSE CARE WE HAVE HAD TO RAISE OUR ADOPTION DONATIONS AS OF 1/1/06. Our amazing horses are still way under fair market value and potential adopters should not consider the cost of adoption as a sale amount, but rather a donation to a good cause which allows Lifesavers to continue it's lifesaving work rescuing horses from dire circumstances and their after care.

Lifesavers requests a donation of $750 - $1200 per horse (or higher in special cases)

Adopters may qualify for our "Earn a Horse Volunteer Program" where you can work at the ranch instead of paying the full adoption donation. For more details click here

Adopters may be required to Sponsor horses on a monthly basis prior to adoption approval - Sponsorship Agreement
