If you would like to donate items to our thrift store we would love to have:
*gently used items
* easy to ship - non fragile
*smaller than a breadbox
*not broken or damaged
*still has value
Be aware that we will offer your donated item for sale below market value. Please consult your tax preparer about the amount of tax deduction you may claim on your item.
Lifesavers will issue you a receipt for your donated item but it is your responsibility to attach a fair market value to it for the IRS deduction.
Your item does not have to be horse oriented - although our customers are likely to be horse loving people, they do have other interests so don't hold back on donating things that are not for horses or horse people.
Just ship us your item(s) or drop them off if you are local and we will return a receipt to you for your taxes.
Your participation in our new thrift store program is GREATLY appreciated. We hope to raise additional funds to help us rescue, care and provide sanctuary for all the horses that we have had to turn away lately. Thank you in advance for your committment and generosity.
